Pan-Seared Chicken Breast

I opened the door to enter the house after a long day at work and was greeted with the wonderful aroma of garlic and basil.  Those are my two favorite smells other than fresh cut grass.

The Mister was cheerfully puttering in the kitchen.  He was fixing angel hair in extra virgin olive oil with garlic slivers, fresh basil, cherry tomatoes and pan-seared chicken breast seasoned with cracked black pepper and sea salt.  Not only is it visually pretty, it was extremely tasty!
