Yesterday I had lunch with a good friend and we went to Fire On The Mountain. I’ve never actually been in the restaurant but instead usually count on a take-out order brought back to me in the office.
What an inviting place with comfortable atmosphere and friendly people. I wanted to sit for the rest of the afternoon sipping on a beer and watching the Olympics on TV.
I had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich –a charbroiled chicken breast with your choice of one of their signature sauces (I chose ‘Hot’), topped with green leaf lettuce, red onions, tomato, garlic mayo and bleu cheese crumbles. VERY tasty.
