Hot pastrami and provolone with a side of kettle chips.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Using a bread knife, split a baguette and place each piece on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Drizzle the bread with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle lightly with Italian seasoning. Place 2 slices of Provolone cheese on the top half of the bread and layer a generous amount of pastrami on the bottom .
Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Remove, plate it, slice it and enjoy!
