Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage & Orzo


A quick and easy dinner. From start to finish, on the table in less than 30 minutes.

Slice up some spicy Italian chicken sausage and saute in a small bit of extra virgin olive oil.

Dice fresh oregano, basil and Italian parsley and set aside. Oh, and dice up some Roma tomatoes. We like them seeded.

Meanwhile bring chicken stock to a boil and add orzo. Cook the orzo for about 9 minutes. In the last 3-4 minutes, toss in all the fresh diced things except the tomatoes.

Serve and enjoy!
