Clean and prepare the vegetables.
Make sure the rice is cooking.
In a smoking hot wok, stir-fry the vegetables in oil for about a minute and a half. Place into a dish and set aside.
Bring the wok to smoking hot again and add chicken. Add some soy sauce, red chili flakes. I also added about two tablespoons of Dragunara spicy teriyaki sauce.
After the chicken is cooked, add the vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for about a minute.
