Chicken Tacos


What’s in it?

Boneless skinless chicken breasts. Dice them into bite-sized morsels.


Heat some oil in a frying pan and throw in the chicken. Cook half way through and then add a couple of cans of diced green chiles plus some taco seasoning and finish cooking the chicken thoroughly.


Fill small tortillas — I used fajita sized ones —  with the meat mixture and fry in oil. I got this first batch just a little too browned.


Prep the rest of your toppings. You will also need some (lots!) of hot sauce.


Serve with a Pacifico beer and enjoy!
