Fiesta

Saturday night seemed the perfect night for a little fiesta and what better way than with tacos?

Tacos made with ground chicken are a favorite in this house.  The ground chicken gives the tacos a cleaner,  purer taste to my palate.  We always spice up the chicken once it’s cooked by adding a small can of diced jalapeños.

The tacos are filled with a generous portion of  the ground chicken mixture, diced white onions, shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese and topped with diced tomatoes.

Let the party begin!
