Fried Rice

We enjoy fried rice very much and it is a regular menu item in our house.

The ingredients:  Soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, sesame oil, finely sliced celery, diced Serrano peppers, bean sprouts, garlic, green onion, and BBQ pork.















Brown the BBQ Pork.














Add the celery, garlic and Serrano peppers and continue to brown.















Add rice.  I used jasmine rice.















Make a well in the rice and add eggs for scrambling.















Cook the eggs thoroughly.  Add green onions and beans sprouts and stir all ingredients together to mix well.















Serve it up.  Dinner!
