Paper-Thin Pastrami

Butter each side of a slice of deli rye bread.  Add two slices of Kraft Swiss cheese.  Pile on the pastrami.  Make sure the deli slices the pastrami as thin as possible.  It’s perfect if when you hold up a slice, you can almost see through it.  Butter up both sides of another slice of deli rye and place it on top of the meat.

Heat a skillet or grill pan on medium high and carefully place the sandwiches on board.















The sandwich is ready when it’s golden brown.















Or when the cheese is melted just the way you like it.
