Mabo Chicken

I picked up a sauce the other day for a super quick dish, mabo chicken.  You’re supposed to use the sauce to make mabo tofu but I wanted to use chicken.  I’ve never used this particular sauce before and was skeptical that the hot would be hot enough so I chose extra hot.


Oh. Em Gee.  They weren’t kidding.  It was HOT.  But tasty.  We started off by using beer to cool off the palate but switched to milk.  I probably could have actually used a fire extinguisher.
