      There is nothing like a big bowl of shoyu ramen. I hear ya, when you get the craving you have just got to have some!

      I just discovered a Japanese restaurant here in town. I haven’t been there yet but I’m excited because they do teppan-yaki. I also see on their menu that they have shoyu ramen!

        *sigh* I can only dream! Curious, back home we’d call that a deluxe saimin bowl, well I guess all you’d need is some kamaboko :p

          Yes, kamaboko for the deluxe! ….and half a hard boiled egg and some shredded nori!
