Shrimp Scampi

The Mister fixed dinner tonight and it was delicious. First he infused olive oil with red chili flakes and Italian seasoning. Next he sautéed the shrimp. The secret is to do it quickly and not to overcook the shrimp — just a minute or two on each side until pink.

Just after turning the shrimp, put in a pat of Land O’Lakes Sauté Express Garlic & Herb and let it melt and bathe the shrimp in buttery goodness.

In a separate pot he boiled Barilla angel hair pasta until al dente. Drain pasta and add to shrimp and toss well to coat the pasta.
