Give Me Those Baby Backs

On Saturday I rubbed down the baby back ribs with Stubb’s pork rub and sealed it up good in a FoodSaver bag.  I let it hang out overnight in the refrigerator.

Late this morning the ribs were ready to go.

Set the Ninja 3-in-1 cooker to SLOW COOK LOW for 6 hours and go do something else. I chose to hang out in my favorite chair with my cat and read a book.

After 6 hours I put it on OVEN 350 degrees Fahrenheit to boil off some of the liquid at the bottom of the pot.

The Mister and I prefer our ribs dry rubbed but do enjoy a good BBQ sauce for dipping. This was our first time to try this brand and I give it a 2 thumbs up.

I had never heard of them before buying the rib sauce. It was really tasty and I see they have restaurants here in CO….and one within an hour.
