Tonight I had about a pound of pork loin I needed to use or freeze. I decided to make fried rice. Here’s what went into it. I didn’t measure the spices but just used what felt right. 🙂 The secret ingredient is the bacon (3 slices of thick sliced.)
I added about 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a hot wok and added the pork. I seasoned the pork with onion powder, garlic powder and white pepper. When the pork was thoroughly cooked I added bacon, soy sauce, minced garlic and a tablespoon of sesame oil.
Next I added the rice and a bit more soy sauce and stirred it up well.
Once it was all cooked to my liking, I added 3 eggs and scrambled them.
Done!
VERY ONO!
