Brie & Pear Grilled Cheese Sandwiches 

A wonderful lunch today: Brie cheese, pear slices and fresh sage on sourdough bread and grilled until the cheese is all ooey-gooey melted.

Served with tomato basil soup and a small side salad of arugula and roma tomatoes sprinkled with shredded parmesan cheese.

    Good idea, normally these flavours are part of a salad,but in grilled cheese instead!

      Yes, you’re right! The pears were so subtle in this sandwich.

      Parts of it were but we didn’t fix it the way the card said to nor did we use most of the ingredients with this recipe. And we added my favorite soup — Progresso tomato basil soup.
