Ramen at an Ale House

I had lunch today at Brues Alehouse Brewing Company here in Pueblo. I have only been there once back when they first opened. I checked out the menu and knew I had to go! They are also dog friendly and allow dogs in their patio seating so Sally joined me. She’s working on learning her manners and did well.

I had the Combination Ramen — Pork Belly, Chicken, Egg, Tofu, Shitake, Baby Bok Choy, Scallion, Japanese Noodles, Chicken Miso Broth. It was delicious! The Mister would have wept over the beauty and perfection of that poached egg.  I also have to say that the folks that work there are outstanding. The service was very good and Sally was loved by all.

So yes, I indeed had ramen at an ale house and enjoyed it very much.

What kind of beer did you have. Did you like it? I’m so glad Sally got to come along.

I enjoyed the Boneman Blonde — very tasty! I am so happy to find places that are dog friendly…and Sally is too.
