Late afternoon on Friday, Sally and I went back to Brues Alehouse Brewing Company. We enjoyed an early dinner with some new friends who also happen to be new to the area. They too have a dog that they take everywhere so going to Brues was the perfect choice. The patio had quite a few dogs that brought their owners along for a meal out.
The meal was superb. The service was outstanding. I had their Prime French Dip. Oh. Em. Gee. French Dips are a favorite of mine & I’m always on the lookout for a place that serves them. On a scale of 1-10 I give it an 15! The bread alone was a work of art. I’m definitely going to have that again.
Ooh, that’s some nice lookin bread. Is it house made? YUM! We’re there the next time we go through Pueblo, for sure!
I think the bread was indeed made in house. They have a bakery so I’m thinking so.
