Otto Pint — Fort Collins, CO

A recent road trip to California had me stuck right at the get go. I-80 in Laramie was closed due to a blizzard. I was snowed in at Fort Collins but ventured out for sustenance. Otto Pint was near my hotel. Delicious pizza.

A wonderful lunch today: Brie cheese, pear slices and fresh sage on sourdough bread and grilled until the cheese is all ooey-gooey melted. Served with tomato basil soup and a small side salad of arugula and roma tomatoes sprinkled with shredded parmesan cheese.
