A wonderful lunch today: Brie cheese, pear slices and fresh sage on sourdough bread and grilled until the cheese is all ooey-gooey melted. Served with tomato basil soup and a small side salad of arugula and roma tomatoes sprinkled with shredded parmesan cheese.
